(TES) is comprised of a conglomerate of Corporations, with operations specific to geophysical exploration in the energy services sector (seismic exploration).  TES, having an office in Northern Alberta (Fairview), provides equipment and personnel indigenous to the surveying and mapping, line clearing, and shot – hole drilling. TES provides Heli portables, for the most remote areas of drilling.  Last but not least, TES provides hand slashing (power saw laborers) which are a big factor in our operation, as to how, where and what kind of drilling we will be doing on any or all specific programs, anywhere in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and also in the United States of America.  TES has a fleet consistancy including LIS Comtrack drills, people portable drills, and Heli-portable drills and compressor packs and LIS Morooka and Yanmar track water carriers, together with various 1 ton trucks and service support trailers, as well as a great relationship with our contract equipment suppliers and operators.

The prognosis for energy exploration continues to remain strong, given declining reserves in both Canada and the United States, and a recent shift to natural gas as a fuel source alternative.  Exploration drilling is expected to reach its highest peaks in oil at near $60.00 a barrel and Gas at $9.00.  The 2006, 2007 forecast is looking strong and very busy throughout the next 2 years, particularly in the deep reservoirs indigenous to Northern Alberta, British Columbia and the North West Territories.  The US is having this oil field activity move at a more aggressive pace also.  Seismic data thereby is fundamental to these endeavors, with the company assuming a permanent role.  The geophysical process is an essential component in the search for oil and gas, enabling geologists to pin point geological structures indicative of hydrocarbons through seismic survey of the sub surface.  These endeavors facilitate in determination of probable sites for subsequent well site drilling and development and tie ins, along with 2D and 3D seismic programs that are the first step in the whole process of what we are doing with our company.

• Line clearing of a line for drilling units and seismic recording crews, conducted by hand cutters employing chain saws, or crawler tractors and track brush cutters in areas less rugged or environmentally sensitive.
• Drilling of predetermined shot hole points on the line for placement of explosive charges; either by conventional vehicular mounted drills or Heli-portable drills transported by helicopter.
